This is for any in-person event such as yoga, meditations, and Full and New Moon circles.

This is part of the ala cart participation options for my seasonal offerings. This includes 1 overnight accommodations and access to the property for a single day. This does not include offering participation or daytime access. Overnight accommodation are first come first serve, which could include room sharing if both parties are in agreement. Space is limited by the venue.

A sacred time and space to connect with YOU. This 90 minute guided workshop integrates breath, mindful awareness activities, somatic yoga, vocal toning, creative expression, and music. Each workshop varies in the exploration of different intentions or area of focus inviting YOU into contemplation and a deeper self-awareness, of love, compassion, empowerment, and inner peace.
